The cozy holiday apartment Trebbiano with a terrace is part of the vineyard farmstead Casarina in an extremely scenic location above Gravedona with stunning panoramic views and a pool.

From the garden you arrive in the hallway that connects the two bedrooms and the living room, the living area is furnished with a rustic stove and an open integrated kitchen and Sofa bed (200 x 90 cm). From the living area you have a conservatory facing the lake.

The double bedroom has a french style bed (1.40 meters wide), the small bedroom with natural light over the door to the living area has bunk beds.

From the right of the living-dining area is the bathroom and to the left a small cool grotto (for storage of drinks/food).

The apartment has modern facilities with condominium comfort: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster and WIFI Internet connection. Lakeside there is a wooden terrace with light coloured roofing and a garden with barbecue.

The vineyard homestead is distinguished by its particularly warm and sunny position as a year round holiday residence and has central heating. Firewood is available at cost price.

The stunning location of Casarina gives inspiration for walking, hiking or biking, all possible directly from the property. From the lakeside located large living terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.

The general recreation area with a breathtaking view of the lake has a lovely pool (7 x 3.5m), sun terrace with sun loungers, patio, barbecue, pizza oven and a herb garden. For the younger guests there is a gold fish pond, guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and the chickens.

A table tennis table and board games can be found in the tavern in the main building.
In our wine cellar cantina you can also sit together comfortably with a good glass of wine and enjoy the original ambience.
Getting around without a car - a pathway will bring you on foot down to Gravedona in about 15 - 20 mins. Gravedona offers a beautiful waterfront promenade with many shops and attractive restaurants, bars and cafes. From the boat dock you have links to other interesting places around the lake. By car you reach Gravedona in 3-4 minutes.

The vineyard farmstead Casarina is from 1724 and consists of four buildings with eight individual apartments, some partially renovated and some completely rebuilt in the original style. The property is located at about 200 m above the lake on a sunny terrace amid vineyards and former stone houses in Lombardian style. In the neighbourhood is a small waterfall. The special, quiet location with Riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake.

The former landowners have erected a Madonna-chapel in the grounds which is still preserved in its original condition.
