This newly built hotel is located right in Tullio Gravedona on the shores of Lake Como in a quiet and exclusive location. The sailing school and the tennis court are within a 5 minute walk and the lake promenade of Gravedona is only 15 minutes walk away.
The family-run Hotel Garni has a bright and open reception area overlooking the communal relaxation area with the pool. Subsequently there is the bar and the bright sitting area, where in the mornings there is a breakfast buffet available, and a continental breakfast is served on the sun terrace.
The rooms are divided into the following categories:

- Superior Double Room with Sea View
- Suite with double bed and lake view
- Family room with double bed and two cots, with lake view
Regardless of category, all rooms have a double bed with separate mattresses and a private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, air conditioning, sea views, a minibar, a 32 inch HD satellite TV with pay per view on request, free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the whole hotel, a safe, VOIP phone, beds from Simmons, hairdryer and a 90x110 cm shower.
