The holiday apartment Prosecco with a living-terrace and shared pool is part of the vineyard farmstead Casarina, is situated above Gravedona in an extremely scenic location with panoramic views.

All rooms are facing the lake, the sleeping area and kitchen have broad windows and from there access to the wonderful partly roofed terrace.

From the kitchen and dining area, you arrive in the sleeping area with a French style bed (width 1.40) and satellite TV.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

The apartment is well equipped with modern facilities : satellite TV, washing machine, iron, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and WIFI Internet connection.

The vineyard homestead is distinguished by its particularly warm and sunny protected position, it can be rented year-round residence and has central heating.

The stunning location of Casarina inspires you to go for walks, hikes or bike tours, all of which is possible directly from the property. From the lakeside location of the large living terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The apartments Asti and Prosecco can be united by the patio door connecting them into a larger residential unit, perfect for small families or two couples.

A table tennis table and board games can be found in the tavern in the main building.
In our wine cellar cantina you can also sit together comfortably with a good glass of wine and enjoy the original ambience.
The general relaxation area with breathtaking lake view has a lovely pool [7 m x 3.5m], sun terrace with sun loungers, patio, barbecue and pizza oven. For the younger guests there is a gold fish pond, guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and chickens.

For moving around without the car, a footpath takes you in about 15 - 20 min. to Gravedona and its beautiful waterfront promenade with many shops and attractive restaurants, bars and cafes. From the boat dock you have links to places around the lake. By car you reach Gravedona in 3-4 minutes.

There is ample parking available above the property.

The vineyard farmstead Casarina is from 1724 and consists of four buildings with eight individual apartments, some partially renovated and some completely rebuilt in the original style. The property is located at about 200 m above the lake on a sunny terrace amid vineyards and former stone houses in Lombardian style. In the neighbourhood is a small waterfall. The special, quiet location with Riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake.

The former landowners have erected a Madonna-chapel in the grounds which is still preserved in its original condition.
