Villa Patric is situated at the foot of Mount Pizzo Teleffio that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare. The villa is made up of three units : Patric 1 (three bedroom apartment), Patric 2 ( two bedroom apartment) and Patric 3 (studio apartment) You can choose one of this accommodation according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units. The house is 1 km from the city centre and 3 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is 10 km from the villa. The owners live in the premises and can assist you at any time, if you want.
Patric 2 is a ground floor apartment with garden and swimming pool view. You may access the apartment from an open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and provided with TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with bunk beds. In the last one there are no windows.The bathroom is with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. The nice veranda surrounded by trees it is the perfect place for lovely outdoor breakfasts.
