Villa Patric is situated at the foot of Mount Pizzo Teleffio that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare. The villa is made up of three units : Patric 1 (three bedrooms apartment), Patric 2 ( two bedrooms apartment) and Patric 3 (studio apartment). You can choose one of this accommodation according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units. The house is 1 km far from the city centre and 3 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is about 10 km from the villa. The owners live in the premises and can assist you at any time, if you want.
Patric 3 is a cosy little cottage situated in the garden. This unit has one multifunctional open plan living room with double bed and a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary. There is also small room with a single bed and a small bathroom with shower. The veranda with pool view is the perfect place to have a meal outside.
