The attractive detached villa with private pool is located in the picturesque village of Tronzano on Lake Maggiore and consists of two independent residential floors connected by a spiral staircase.
The Holiday Villa LMA 539 has on the 1st Floor (balcony floor) a spacious luxury furnished living room with quality furnishings, a comfortable sofa and paintings. On one side of this room there is a dining area and a spiral staircase to the terrace floor. From the living room you have a splendid view of Lake Maggiore and you have from here direct access to the very large and wide balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. One bedroom has a double bed and another bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of toys. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
The terrace floor has an exquisitely furnished living room with dining table, cabinet, sofa and leather cantilever chair. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink. The kitchen is fully equipped the same as on the balcony floor.
At the front of the villa there is a barbecue area where you can enjoy the hot summer weather in either sun or shade. The terrace is partly covered and by the pool there is a parasol. Private parking is available.
A stroller and a high chair are available and a cot can be provided upon request.
The facility is a Non Smoking home and the owners ask that the rule is followed and that you do not smoke in the house.
