Appartement très confortable, cosy, très bien équipé avec une vue fantastique !!! La résidence a été renovée avec beaucoup de gout et de soin. La communication est très facile et tout est pensé pour être très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Die Unterkunft war etwas ganz besonderes. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und schnuckelig. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Alles war sehr sauber und die Fotos entsprachen der Beschreibung. Sogar Handtücher waren vorhanden, obwohl nicht angegeben. Ich hätte mir eine kleine Ausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl gewünscht.

The property was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The host provided clear arrival instructions via text-message a few days before the booking commenced and they were extremely responsive on text-messaging when I had questions. The property was stocked with all of the utensils/ equipment etc that we needed for the stay. Everything was well-maintained inside and out. The only thing we didn’t enjoy about our time there was the drive for the final 500m or so to get to the property. We were aware in advance that this part of the road is narrow, but I didn’t anticipate just how narrow it would be in places! We did manage to drive up and down this road every single day, but I was nervous every time! It is possible to walk back and forth to the town centre, but it is a steep 20-minute walk back, so we opted to drive each day. So, other than driving up and down the narrow road, I thoroughly recommend this property! Very happy!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's home. The view was beautiful and was so calming and peaceful. We especially loved the bread delivery service in the mornings making watching the sunrise with breakfast extra special.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (9 und 12 Jahre) für 10 Tage im Casa Rina und sind total begeistert! Unsere Wohnung war live noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Der Pool ist ein Traum und wir waren oft auch alleine dort. Alle Wohnungen waren belegt und trotzdem war es ruhig ung sehr erholsam. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich. Die Wohnung an sich war tip top sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Man kann direkt von dort in die Stadt. Der Weg ist anstrengend aber machbar. Die Straßen zum Casa sind extrem eng und winkelig. Da kommt man etwas ins Schwitzen mit einem großen Auto. Aber es geht schon. Es gibt genug Parkplätze. Alles in allem war es einfach perfekt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was as expected and we had no issues at all. The only thing we didn’t like was the drive to the property for the final 500m or so. It is an extremely narrow road and was quite a stressful experience for me driving there every day! Other than this, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Positive: The apartment is charming and very clean with everything you might need. It is located up on a hill (which is a bit of an adventure up a narrow road) and you can reach the town by footpath down the hill - good shoes are recommended. The view from the balcony is amazing and the pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Negative: No comment

Super schöne, kleine Wohnung auf einer top gepflegten Anlage. Traumhafte Aussicht! Großer Balkon mit Blick auf den See! Relativ steiler, zehn Minuten langer Gehweg ins Dorf/ zum See. Aber man kann auch gut mal einen Tag am schönen Pool verbringen :)

Immaculate accommodation in pristine condition. Apartment was very compact but we spent most of the time on the very generous balcony. The views were amazing ( better than the photos ) The pool was our favourite place, often empty , occasionally one other family or couple . Perfect to cool off after the hike up the hill . We only walked down the hill once a day because it was a hard treck back . Gravedona itself is a lovely sleepy town , lots of beauty spots , restaurants and a pleasant beach . If you don't mind the uphill walk it's the perfect place to see Como .
