Voucher terms and conditions

-Vouchers are valid only for the specified accommodations at the prices shown.

Cash redemption and resale (auction) are excluded. Any remaining balance will be issued as a new voucher.

Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.

The voucher cannot be split. A retroactive credit for a previously made booking is not possible.

Vouchers and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, last-minute deals, early bird discounts, or free days.

Upon redemption of the voucher, the General Terms and Conditions apply.

-Vouchers cannot be applied to cancellation fees.

Gift vouchers from us are valid for 5 years.
Vouchers can be purchased with a minimum value of €50. Orders can be placed directly by phone or email, with payment by invoice or credit card.

How to redeem your voucher:

When booking online, please enter the voucher code number in the "Additional Information" field or tell us the number over the phone. The voucher amount will then be deducted directly from the invoice total.

Vouchers for selected holiday accommodations are subject to availability.
