Grundsätzlich eine tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Blick auf dem Comer See. Wirklich toll ist der Pizzaofen und der Pool. Außerdem kann man direkt von der Unterkunft aus schöne Wanderungen beginnen. Negativ würde ich gerne das Thema Heizkosten nennen. Die Heizkosten werden separat nach Aufenthalt berechnet und kommen auf den Airbnb Preis on top. Wir waren 4 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben 25€ bezahlt. Kam uns recht hoch vor. Ohne Heizung wäre es definitiv zu kalt gewesen. Weiterer Anmerkung: Die Wohnung hat eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchte wodurch die komplette Wohnung und vor allem die Handtücher stark muffig riechen. Wir haben zwar auf Nachfrage neue Handtücher bekommen, die auch besser gerochen haben, aber so richtig optimal war es nicht. Außerdem ist das zweite Schlafzimmer eher als Abstellraum zu sehen. Es ist innenliegend und hat ein kleines Fenster in der Wand welches zum innenliegenden Bad raus geht. Schlafen mit geschlossener Tür somit undenkbar.

We had a wonderful stay. Leo and Brigitte are such amazing hosts, they gave us information on the local area, walks and ferry information. Leo even drove us to the station , which we really appreciated. Prosecco Villa is situated in a beautiful area with absolutely stunning views, it’s quiet and peaceful. The hosts have provided you with all the amenities you need, there is even a Cantina where you can buy wine and eggs and order fresh bread, the supermarket is also only a 15 minute walk away, but be prepared for a steep climb which we enjoyed for the exercise. We will absolutely be returning for another visit. Thank you Brigitte and Leo for your amazing hospitality, we so appreciate it. There was another gentleman doing some gardening when we arrived that insisted on helping me with my luggage, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but we so appreciated all his help and friendliness . Thank you all so much.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf idyllischem, verwinkelten Gehöft. Tolle Aussicht. Freundliche Kommunikation mit Vermietern. Kommen gerne wieder! Wenn das Wetter keine Nutzung der Wohnterrasse zulässt, wie leider bei uns, für 2 Personen schon sehr eng, besser keinen grossen Koffer mitbringen. Heizkosten werden separat, je nach Nutzung, berechnet.

Bonjour, J'ai passé une excellente semaine et le logement y a fortement contribué. Le lieu est très situé. La description du bien conforme à l'annonce. L'endroit est propre. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et très gentils. Ils nous ont aidés à chaque fois que nécessaire. Le logement est bien équipé. Les propriètaires ont pensé à tout. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique et l'environnement très agréable. Je recommande vivement. Nous pouvons lire dans les précédents commentaires que l'accès n'est pas simple. Ceci est vrai au début lorsque nous n'avons pas l'habitude mais nous prenons vite l'habitude d'une part et la "difficulté" est vrai sur à peine 500 mètres ce qui reste minimum d'autre part. Sono stata ospite di Andrea con il mio ragazzo per 6 notti. L'organizzazione che hanno nel Residence è impeccabile, trovarlo, fare il self check-in e check-out è molto facile (tra l'altro self check-in super comodo così puoi arrivare a che ora vuoi). Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina a causa del tempo, ma abbiamo usato un barbecue, tra i tanti che troverete nel giardino, con una vista mozzafiato. Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso e pulito, consiglio solo di portarvi gli alimenti di prima necessità come Olio, sale, Acqua, frutta. La posizione è bellissima, ha una vista fantastica e il residence è molto tranquillo, perfetto sia per rilassarsi li, sia per fare escursioni nei dintorni, solo l'ultimo pezzo con la macchina è da fare con più attenzione a causa della strada stretta, ma fattibile, noi l'abbiamo fatta con la Hyundai Kona. Consigliatissimo, un saluto al signore che ci ha fatto il check-in e check-out sul posto, gentilissimo.

Apartment is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and the balcony was incredible. There were plenty of amenities including a pool which was really nice. Town was gorgeous and much quieter and less touristy than other areas - which we really liked. Also a lot cheaper than other areas of the lake. The apartment is great value for money and very cheap compared to other areas. Plenty of restaurants and and a store for groceries. We found some really nice bars along the lake. It’s very easy to get the ferry to other towns along the lake but important to check ferry times as they’re not super frequent. Walk up the hill is a struggle with heavy bags and very steep but only 30 mins. (Worth it for the view) We weren’t able to get delivery to the apartment and walk down the hill is pretty far so something to bear in mind when planning food. Communication was ok and check in / check out were easy as it’s self check in. Overall really beautiful absolutely worth the money would book again

We LOVED our stay at Casa Rina. It was the most magical place, incredible views and nestled into the mountains with easy access to walks. The home itself was stunning, lots of windows/light, patios for morning coffees and outdoor lunch, and cozy and comfy interior - best sleep of a long time! Staff and communication was excellent, would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Positive: Emplacement magnifique sur les hauteurs du lac, une vue exceptionnelle.....l'appartement est hyper propre, cosy, adorable et très bien équipé!!!! Un séjour au top!!!! ATTENTION ..une petite remarque...qui a tout de même son importance....prévoyez un véhicule de taille moyenne, la montée est sinueuse et étroite, et la manoeuvre dur le parking compliquée!!!! Tolle Unterkunft und Gastgeber! Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter, dank der gemütlichen und blitzsauberen Wohnung mit Kamin konnten wir es uns sehr schön machen! Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen, wenn es Fragen gab. Gerne wieder!

Positive: Widok na miasto i jezioro był ok,jednak na pierwszym planie zaburzał to widok na nieporządek w sąsiednim domu. Szybka reakcja gospodarzy na informację o zbyt niskiej temperaturze w budynku. Negative: Basen wspólny,spory kawałek od domku,w pobliżu innego domku,mimo że wg oferty miał być to domek z basenem.Podgrzewany rzekomo tylko przy słonecznej pogodzie,na którą pechowo nie udało mam się trafić… Po przyjeździe temperatura w budynku wynosiła 14 stopni,co przy zimnej,deszczowej pogodzie było poważnym dyskomfortem.Zostaliśmy poinstruowani że za ogrzanie domu zapłacimy dodatkowo,więc z lekkim stresem używaliśmy ogrzewania:)

Die Ferienwohnung war passend für eine 4 köpfige Familie mit kleinem Hund. Die Dusche war eher klein und das Kinderschlafzimmer ebenfalls. Die Abtrennung des Kinderzimmers zum Wohnbereich durch eine Holzwand macht es etwas hellhörig, was uns nicht gestört hat. Der überdachte Außenbereich war schön und die Kinder haben auch über die Tiere gefreut.
